BSOD help!!

Hi all just this last couple of days ive had 3 bsod but i cant make head nor tail of the report thingy. any help or advice would be appreciated.

According to that link by microsoft it could be cause by 3 fault.BIOS,faulty part, overheating.Have you tried updating your bios ** reapply thermal paste to your cpu or maybe improve your case airflow if its not optimal.
