BSOD help!

Hey guys, i overclocked my AMD Phenom processor to 3GHz, then ran a Prime 95 torture test for 12 hours, no errors or warnings. but sometimes my computer gives me a BSOD when im just browsing the internet or something. What the hell have i done wrong??

Ive ran both the small FFT test and the blend one for hours, both were fine. Ill download memtest and give that a shot as well. Yeah the BSOD is definately down to the overclock so i dont know whats up

Ok its getting more confusing, im able to run 3dmark06 and vantage when its at 3GHz but when i start the computer up sometimes it wont get past the vista loading screen...
