BSOD HELP!

Hi i have the blue screen of death for about 1 week now and finaly got around to tryin to fix it.
i got the blue screen about 10 mins ago and came up with this file (win32k.sys) causing the problem.

Here is were i need the help, what should i do?
remove the file (delete)
remove the file in safe mode
or what????
