I got this bsod last night:

This was from a fresh window install too, if i revert back to 314.22 drivers will it be likely to fix it? or is there another way using the current? do not really wish to revert back.I've done memtest86 too no ram errors.

If anyone here knows much about bsods and what to do help please. :)

Damn it's annoying me.....never seen a new system which bsods as much as this.
 
Pretty sure onboard is disabled will go check, thanks for advice so far, it's doing my head in lol.(onboard seems to be off)

Nope do not have that installed, never used Driver Verifier before as my old system was extremely stable, does seem to be driver related for sure as it's happening fairly often plus has happened in games/viewing films.(had another 1 hour ago zzz)
