BSOD Not sure if its cpu related

Hi all
I was playing Call of duty:Black Ops Multiplayer earlier and got this BSOD that i have never had before:

Does anyone have any idea why i got this or is this even a CPU problem or a GPU as im unsure.

My system info is in sig.

Well its processor related and you have quite an OC on the cpu so at a guess its probably just that, might not happen again for ages if this is just a one off. I get it now and again, it just means your processor is noy 100% stable(might be 99% stable but you'll always get the odd bsod). I could be way off though as it says secondary processor.

-If you start getting them a lot then start to worry. Maybe run a couple of stress tests just to be sure.

Was you playing Zombies online, or hosting a game?

Just normal black ops team death match.

0x00000101 - increase vcore
0x00000124 - increase vtt or vcore (you will have to test each one)
0x0000009c - increase vcore
0x0000000A - raise/lower vtt or dimm
0x00000050 - raise/lower dimm (usually, can also be vtt related)

Well this is the thing its an Ocuk overclocked system and after the initial overclock not being stable rjkoneill helped me out to get it running stable. So not sure what to do now.

looks like ram issue.. try re-seating meory an do a mem test an virus check.
also do defragment as HDD maybe be cluttered

Defo a CPU issue. If it's the first it might be that the CPUs actually slowly starting to degrade. If you constantly get them during gameplay then increase the vcore or reduce the oc.

I've seen that one before (2nd paragraph) while playing about with memory speeds/timings. Run MemTest for 12 hours and see if it throws up anything. Possibly need to increase the CPU/NB on the Phenom to 1.25V or even 1.3V for DDR3 1600Mhz.
