bsod on shutdown

on vist x64 as i shutdown about 1 second before my pc switches off i can see a bsod and it boots up again, my computer is overclcoked but stable, any ideas on what this could be?
only happens say 1 in 20 times?

Post (or email me) a dump from c:\widnows\minidump from around the time of a crash.

thanks for the help but i dont have a minidump folder in that location?

there is no minidump folder in the windows location on the c drive, should there be one here?

my dump file is %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP

is that what i am looking for?

Are you on XP/Vista etc? Memory.dmp is different but go ahead and post it.

thats where it says my dump file is at but there is nothing there at all!

c:\windows\MEMORY.DMP that is?

In startup and recovery (right click my computer > properties) do you have write debugging information enabled?

yes memory.dmp is not there and i have debugging info enabled
