BSOD! Please Help!

Installed Alcohol on my pc, but my mate forgot to tell me it wasnt Vista compatible. After restarting it bluescreened.
Just a driver problem fixed by a system restore. It was more a common sense issue to be fair.
Anyway, he offered to help me fix the problem and was telling my to go through Vistas command prompt restore and in the end I just got fed up and did a system restore to about a week ago.
