Hello,

I purchased 8GB of Kingston RAM about a year or so ago.

About a week ago I had problems with BSOD, after running loads of tests (where sometimes it found faults with the RAM and sometimes it didn't) it turned out that swapping the sticks to different slots was the fix.

This morning I woke up to find my computer had blue screened with the error MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

I'm pretty certain at this point that its a faulty RAM issue.
I noticed however that this item has a lifetime warranty, now I don't have a receipt or anything so how does one go about claiming a refund or replacement?

Europe, Middle East and Africa:
In Europe, Middle East and Africa, if you are unable to return the product to your original point of purchase or to the authorized Kingston dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the product, you may return the product directly to the Kingston service centre after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from Kingston. An RMA number is obtained by visiting kingston.com/en/support. In some circumstances, we may require proof of purchase.

Would post a thread in the CS forum, if ocuk aren't handling the warranty, surely your ocuk account would have the past order so you can print proof of purchase.

Might do good to pop around then, are you a familar face there? They might remember selling it to you, if you have the original packaging then i believe they use their own special inventory barcode or something to that effect (all my purchases have it)
