BSOD shortly after booting up

For some reason, in the middle of playing a game, my comp just cut out and restarted. Now, shortly after windows loads up, I get a very quick BSOD, then it restarts. And that loop keeps repeating

Im currently in safe mode, so I know the comps fine, but how do I find out whats causing the crash?
Also, can i perform a system restore in safe mode?
