bsod using intel TAT

got a bsod when running TAT earlier, now im wondering is this more demanding than orthos or prime etc, my cpu is currently @3.6ghz vcore of 1.55 and passed 8hrs in orthos error free. im running 1600 fsb 9x 400, memory unlinked @800mhz 4,4,4,10, this is the first time ive ever had any error or crash. any ideas please

load temps with tat on both cores went to 69'c 100% workload per core, by thermal management do you mean c1e speedstep etc, if so theese were disabled. ive had this rig at 3.6ghz for over a week without error, in general windows use and a lot of gaming. im using an arctic cooling freezer pro and the highest temps so far was 58'c running orthos, gaming pushes it from an idle 31'c to the mid 40's
