BSOD when playing games

Playing Mafia 2 on my PC, when suddenly i get the blue screen of death which meant i had to restart my PC. This has happened 3 times now. Any reason why? My latest upgrade was 8GB of Kingston Hyper Genesis which i got form OCUK last week. Before that i ran 4GB of G.Skill RipJaw and never had this problem.

Specs is as follows: Intel Core i5 2500K @ 4.5GHz, Asus P8P67 Pro, 8GB Kingston Hyper Genesis, MSI GTX 560 TI Hawk, Antec TruePower 650W and 250GB HDD running Windows 7. Not sure what the problem is but would appreciate some help.

nope just the kingstons, ran memtest for 50 mins and no errors. I've installed a previous set of nvidia drivers (306.63, was running the latest ones) and so far no BSOD. will test Mafia 2 for a bit longer and see how that goes.

everything seems fine now, half an hour on mafia 2 and no problems, think it was the drivers.

BSOD again, gonna have to go back to basics and overclock from the beginning.
