BSOD while playing Killing Floor

Was playng Killing Floor last night and all of a sudden, bang BSOD pc restarted automatically then was fine but im getting lots of Artifacts in the game like sheets of dark shadows which prevent me seeing at certain angles.
Thought it could be overheating but ive got a fan down there and still getting BSOD and Driver has stopped responding messages help?

Have you done any overclocking?

Make sure you have the latest drivers.

ive overclocked but i did revert it back to normal settings

uninstall graphics drivers and use driver sweeper in safe mode to get rid of left over files and reboot to install drivers again, hope that helps you
