BSOD Windows patch KB 3022345

This was a pain last week, my machine began to crash after installing a bunch of updates including this one. Eventually found the corrupt files and searched the net for answers. Found a fix which I tried, but as soon as KB 3022345 installed again the machine was crashing again. Solved by uninstalling the update in question completely, and hiding update so it doesn't come back in again.

Posting this info in case it may help anyone else.

This is the reason when updates hit, I always have it set to check for updates only. Then wait 2 - 3 weeks to see if reports arise.


There has been many incidents lately with these patches causing severe problems. Then they were pulled and sent back out within a few days.
