Just playing a game and I got a BSOD, tried rebooting and as soon as it was loaded again I tried to access core temp to check the temps and I get a BSOD every time I try, other thing seem to be working ok apart from core temp.

Any ideas?

Is this a new setup? Have you recently upgraded any of the hardware? It is certainly worth ruling out problems with the memory by running memtest.

It's not a new setup.

Event viewer in SYSTEM says - error - service control manager - 7000 - The Process Monitor service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

and in APPLICATION error - application error - 1000 - Faulting application hl2.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module datacache.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000b423.

this is another error - Faulting application demo32.exe, version 6.0.9.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00010f29.

and - Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module nemp4splitter.ax, version 4.9.4.1, fault address 0x0002a65b.

I hope it's not my memory again, tried memtest upto 10% without error. I'll try it again later when I'm at home
