Hello can someone please help me find what the problems is
getting bsod and shuts down

Not sure about the bad pool caller errors, but try reinstall/update audio drivers maybe.

If that doesn't work try disabling your audio completely (in device manager) and see if the problem occurs again so you can find out if it is actually your audio drivers causing it.

Do you have sound drivers installed for your motherboard/sound card? I've had a few problems in the past when I've tried to use the drivers Windows installed for my sound.

Try getting the latest sound drivers from ASUS' website. Drivers that come on a disk with the motherboard are often very old.
