Hi Guys

Since building my new rig i have suffered twice in 24 hours from the dreaded BSOD.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

I'm running windows 7 64bit. Any thoughts
 
can you take a look at the dump file and provide more information please, use something like BlueScreenView to look at the dump file.

Also what does Event Viewer say?

Contrary to popular belief, Win 7 wasn't the stable be all and end all until SP1 was released.

Have you run windows update?

There will be a seriously insane number before it decides to even put SP1 on there. (Unless you download it seperately from the off)
 
Just installed it, ill come back if i see no joy.

I ran windows 7 for past 18 months on my old rig no issues at all, just upgraded a few bits and wack blue screen of death :(
