Hey,

Been getting BSOD's every 10 or so mins. I've just enabled mini dumps, here is what I got (I opened them up with bsod viewer but it doesnt really help me)

http://www.ordinarygamer.co.uk/030314-21013-01.dmp
http://www.ordinarygamer.co.uk/030314-22214-01.dmp

My specs are;

Patriot Viper "Black Mamba" Generation 3 8GB (2x4GB
VTX3D HD 7870 Black Boost Edition 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
XFX Pro 450W Core Edition '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
Intel Core i7-4770K
Gigabyte Z87X-SLI Intel Z87

I have re-installed windows (windows 7 64 bit) and it still happening.

All the dumps just say;

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - 0x000000d1

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT - 0x0000001a

The bsods seem very random. I could close a game and it happens, I could be browsing the interwebs and it happens, it could be sitting on desktop doing nothing (no apps open) and it still does it.

My temps are fine. I'm leaning towards a memory issue, maybe?

Any help would be much appreciated.

XMP is a pre programmed instruction set on the ram kit, basically by enabling XMP in bios it sets the ram to its required timings, speed and voltage. Any chance of a link to your particular ram kit? If it doesnt feature XMP, the settings have to be input manually.

Okay, Apparently mine supports 1.3 XMP, so i've enabled that. I'll see how it goes for a bit.

I'll probably run a memtest tomorrow as i've run out of time today to have a long test such as that.

Thanks for the help

Hopefully we are onto a winner here. Normally I would turn my Pc on - leave the room for a few minutes, and come back to a blue screen.

I have been remoted in from work for 3 hours installing steam games from my library and no problems. I will see how it works later with playing games and video editing.
