BSOD?

Had my pc well over a year now and past 1-2 months every now and then i would randomly get blue screen of death and whole pc just crashes why?

Ermm i think it has a very light overclock but i could be wrong not to sure if i put back to default months ago
16 gb ram
intel i5 3570k
7970 3gb graphics
gigabyte z77x-ud3h
Yeah core speed is going from 3600.11 MHz to 3800 mhz
