BSOD

I have upgraded my HP Pavilion Slimline computer RAM (PC2-6400) from 2GB to 2x2GB (Komputerbay) but while browsing the internet, I get BSOD and happened a few times so I ran Memtest86 to check the RAM and here's the result,

I will get a replacement sorted and run 5 passes to see how it goes
