Bt 8Mb Upgrades?

Have bt started upgrading everyone yet? Since on their packages page it says, upto 8Mb.

Apparently I can get 3.5mb. Whether my ISP choses to provide me with that speed, remains to be seen.

I believe so, though it's going to take quite a while to switch everyone over.

BT are bringing out a bulk regrade tool shorty (24 April -ish), that might make life easier for an isp to move people over. At the moment they are limits set for the isp to move people over.
