Hi all,
Trying to help the family (remotely) prove to BT that something has gone wrong with BT's end instead of the customer end. (No tubes for a week now)
They are on an old BT ADSL account (Guess it's now BT Total broadband as they have been sent a home hub..eughh)
I seem to remember back in the day there was a BT ADSL username and password that was handed out for connectivity tests, and just allowed access to a couple of BT sites. Is this still around and can anyone remember what it was?
Thanks,
//TrX
