BT Analogue Circuit Re-Termination

Greetings, we have a client that is replacing their phone system with a Cisco UC520, at present 6 analogue lines come into the premises and are terminated on a distribution panel as per the image.

Now the UC520 uses Rj11 FXO Ports for analogue connections, would i be correct in thinking that we need to get BT to reterminate the existing connections onto faceplate's so that we can plug directly into the UC520 using Rj11 connections?
 
I would much prefer to use ISDN but the timescales are a little tight considering it can take between 14 and 30 days for install plus the cost.
