BT Analogue Circuit Re-Termination

Greetings, we have a client that is replacing their phone system with a Cisco UC520, at present 6 analogue lines come into the premises and are terminated on a distribution panel as per the image.

Now the UC520 uses Rj11 FXO Ports for analogue connections, would i be correct in thinking that we need to get BT to reterminate the existing connections onto faceplate's so that we can plug directly into the UC520 using Rj11 connections?

I tidier solution would be to patch it through to a rackmount patch panel. Either an RJ45 and use RJ45-RJ11 cables, or an RJ11 patch panel

Makes sense, thank you for your input, we need to install some additional Cat5 anyhow.

I would much prefer to use ISDN but the timescales are a little tight considering it can take between 14 and 30 days for install plus the cost.
