BT Bill, One-off charges?

Right just got my bill through the door.
Bill period: 09 Jul 2009-08 Oct 2009
Total now due
(inc VAT) £65.89
Usage charges £4.89
Rental charges £37.50
One-off charges £11.50
Payment charges £12.00
Total now due

Not massive i know, but the one-off charges what the hell is this.
Only thing it mentions is this once i click to next screen?

10 Aug Initiation charges for Route to Credit Control 0.00
10 Aug Termination charge for Route to Credit Control 11.50
Total £11.50

I was late by a couple of days last quarter paying the bill, but they've already charged me £7.50 for a late fee, cant be this aswell right?

Give them a call and ask.

I'm going to guess pro-rata line rental.
