BT Blocking rt.com?

For a few days now if i try to view rt.com it never connects and times out. turn on my vpn and the page loads in 2 seconds flat, tried a few browsers the same thing so it would seem BT are blocking the rt url?

maybe i will try a different dns server then. using cloud flare at the moment.
Nope that did not work.
Tor browser works.

Turns out it was my AV it must have picked up rt from a database from some where and blacklisted it.
mmmh no its happening again ohh well i can always use Tor or VPN.
