Why is it always busy? , i've tried different browsers and it always says the same thing ( BUSY ). Been trying to get some results because bt are being a pain in the rear.
Been connected at 3500kbit/s+ for 3 years until 5days ago when newsleecher crashed causing my router net to be knocked off and it showed 1238kbit/s. I rebooted it as soon as i saw the connection change back to 3721kbit/s , ever since then my download speed has NEVER gone over 180kb/s. For the last 3 years previous to this it has always peaked at 350-400kb/s.
Bt said the speeds look ok to them which is the usual bs so they'd look into it and call me back , no return call. They told me to keep trying speedtester bt so they can see the results but its always busy , every damn day from late till early hours aswell.
