I want a static IP on FTTC.
Currently I'm with BT because when I moved into this flat they were the only people offering FTTC here.
BT dont offer Static IP on residential connections and dont seem to offer an asymmetric FTTC business package.
Fine I'll move to Plusnet where its a one off £5 payment for a static IP.
Ah but then I would have to pay for the remaining 6 months on my contract + fees.
Thats ok I can wait 6 months.
I want to move house...its a £130 fee to install FTTC or they will wave that fee if I sign up for another 12months...
How are they allowed to get away with things like that and why the hell dont BT offer static IPs?
