BT Call Centres

To my knowledge most if not all of BT Uk Retail Div. is based in Bangalore and New Delhi.

Why do you need to contact the US operation?
 
Client Logic here in Derby have a BT call centre, not sure what goes on there. Used to be BT broadband calls.

All utter guff as well. Anyone who gets a clue working there goes and works somewhere decent. :p
 
And its all copy and paste info on their chat room helpdesk, been having problems with my BT line but they kept sending me the copy paste of how to reset your homehub, word for word. Told them I had done this loads of times so they tell me to do it anyway.
I had to get quite serious with them until they eventually did a line test and said the line was faulty.

The reason I ask is that I have been offered a job with them, after asking about the specifics I was sent a pack stating it was based in New York.

I dont suppose there is a 'New York' down in England as opposed to the 'Old York' :p
