Has anyone got any suggestions please as its gettign very annoyign when im owning in BF2 (I know doesnt happen often but it does happen lol) and then my connection goes down.

More information please:
What type of service are you getting ADSL 8/20/24?
What HH are you using
How many devices are using the HH?
Have you check to see if your phoneline is noisy?

Do a line test for your phone easy to do just dial 0 and listen there should be NO noise at all on the line.

Second are you using an extension for the connection from the router to the Main (NTE5) socket?

If you are try connecting the HH direct to the socket no extensions, If you are already connected to the master socket remove the front plate and plug direct to the test socket that is behind the faceplate. If it works and holds a solid connection then its the wiring in the house thats causing dropouts.

Just remember while you have the faceplate of and are connected direct to the test socket there will be no phone in the house. But you will know where the fault lies. In house or BT's d-side. if its in ur house then you have to fixit BT will charge. If its BT D-side then they will fix it free.
