Why is it that BT want to charge me £130 to connect a bloody copper wire. When there is already a line there by the previous tenant. I have confirmed with the landlord and he said that there has been several tenants who have had BT lines in the property.
Is this not just a way for BT to extort £130 from every new customer ?
F'ing BS.
" * Connection charge only applies in some cases – most of our new customers find they don't need to pay this charge."
EVERY F'ING TIME I GET HIT WITH THIS BS £130 CONNECTION CHARGE.
I phone them up and lied to them saying that the line is active and i have dialed tone, they said that there will be no connection charge, because it was just disconnected in april. She said there must have been an incorrect address on the website.
