Bit of a long story, bear with me...

BT sent me a free Home Hub 2, upgrading from the original Home Hub. I tried following the CD install guide but it wouldn't accept my WPA password. I went into my computer's network settings and entered it manually. I was able to connect wirelessly and everything was working fine. After about 2 hours my connection cut out.

The blue lights on the front of the Hub were all solid blue indicating that everything was fine. I tried resetting the Hub and I tried leaving it switched off for about an hour. No change. I still couldn't connect. In the end I went back to using my old Hub.

OK, you're caught up....

Now my old Hub has died on me so I'm forced to go back to the newer model. It's working for the time being but, as I've got no idea why it failed the first time around, I don't know how long it will continue to work. Any ideas what might've gone wrong last time?
