Hi All
Wonder if you can advise what the issue is, the BT Home-Hub keeps disconnecting and then sit's in a idle mode until re-powered to pick back up the connection....
Hub is plugged directly into the main BT Socket, no extentions in use.
Home-Hub shows the following -
xDSL linestate up: downstream: 2592 kbit/s, upstream: 448 kbit/s;
output Power Down: 17.5 dBm, Up: 11.5 dBm;
line Attenuation Down: 61.0 dB, Up: 31.5 dB;
snr Margin Down: 9.5 dB, Up: 17.0 dB
Not sure what the above supposed to be ?
Everything will be fine, downloading all going well, then next thing it will just disconnect, i have tried limiting download speeds to 150kb/s to see if that helps, but seems not
When it disconnects i also loose connection to the Hub via the Wireless Connection (Hub IP Address Times Out) and the IP-Phone does not work.....
Is there anything i should try before contacting BT ?
