I will shortly be moving house and reconnecting with BT and receiving their HH and Phone. The hub will be going downstairs and the computer will be connecting wirelessly from upstairs. How good is the wireless connection on this hub. I have an Asus wireless adapter, but I am willing to upgrade to an adapter that gives me a better connection. How good is the phone for anybody using this also?

I gather they are quite good for wireless coverage. The older ones were dire for everything else but newer model is meant to be much better.

if the wireless isnt strong enough, you could always look into powerline? i've put it into a few people's homes where their router is downstairs and need a PC upstairs, works a treat :)

I have the old HH and the wireless is hit and miss.

It's Ethernet into my PC and wireless across the hall to the parents PC (10ft) it used to drop out all the time but has been better recently.

As for the new black one, used to play WoW with a guy who bought a different router after having the new hub for 5 days as he would get disconnected every 5-10 mins with the wireless.

The white ones were pretty bad, but I have the black one now and it works fairly well. It will on occasion (roughly monthly) reboot at an inappropriate time, but that's not unlike any other router I've used.

The wireless is very good if you have N adaptor, I don't know what the A/B/G standards are like. It's not MIMO so it has a maximum of 65mbps not 300.
