I've just moved house and the place I'm now living at has no phone lines, so I bought a 3 internet dongle. But what I'd like to do is share the connection of this internet dongle, so I setup ICS on it (I have windows 7) and connected my BT Homehub 3 via ethernet to my laptop which has the dongle in. But I can't seem to get the ICS to work properly! I connect to the router's wifi using my phone and when I use the browser I just get the homehub page telling me the DSL is down. How would I properly set this up to work so my home hub is distributing my internet dongle's connection?

I use homehub for ICS,

-Set PC ethernet to 192.168.137.1 (only IP I could get it to work with.. )
-Turn off Homehub DHCP
-Enjoy

Oh also, you need to share your dialed connection (3g) not your LAN.

I use iphones, laptops and wired PC's all working perfect ;)

Its sending you to that page because its getting the homehub IP, not your PC IP.

If you check the IP which your phone is getting it will be 192.168.1.x which you don't want
