BT HomeHub2 Help With Internet!

I hope you can all help me, this has been frustrating me for a while now :mad:

Basically, my Internet is BT, and I've got the HomeHub2 (don't know if this helps) I keep loosing Internet connection while playing games and downloading and just general use! I'm trying to download counter strike global offensive beta but it will just not load. It will stop completely but every few minutes it will start up for a few seconds, all the way up To 900 kb which is a lot for me anyway. On windows it will say 'limited access' or it will just loose the Internet completely :(

This is such a pain. And if you are wondering how I'm typing this I'm on my iPad. The Internet always works on here, so it's my laptop? Do I need new drivers or something? And the wired thing is, when I load a page here on the iPad the Internet on the laptop will start to work? Very strange, hope you can help!
 
I had a similar problem with my BT HomeHub1 and lived with it for a few months. This week I got fed up and phoned BT. They sent me a HomeHub3 the very next day. Had it installed a few days and everything is fine now. In my case, my router was randomly re-booting, somtimes a few times a week, sometimes a few times a day.
