bt hub 2.0 problem with connection

Hi.
May bt hub 2.0 stop working correctly.Cannot connect to internet now.
Used it wireless normaly,checked with cable,still rely slow speed(netmeter),later want load the page.
Bt desktop toll,says something about router having problems with connecting to broadband.Checked my internet map,and it shows problem on a line my pc and router.
Try it to restart,reset to default,still the same.
I got it for free with the deal from bt,less than 14 months ago,is there warranty on it?I asked first here cos calling bt is waste of time.

i've checked infinity thread,people were reporting problems with connection there,so i think that's the problem.I haven't got infinity though.check my router first thing after finishing work.keep you post it
 
Have you tried doing test? Such as pingtests within Command Prompt; this should determined to see if you have no or little connection/ What are the led lights showing up as on the router. Is it reporting you have no connection on the router with a different colour light? You were saying the router is still within warranty, so you might be able to get another one from BT. Also what area are you in and if so is it affected by the recent outbreak of BT's service going down?

it's fine now,it was a problem on bt end.
