BT Hub resets

Now on my 4th BT Home hub 4 with infinity and I am still getting hub resets every 6 to 20hrs.
Had line tested several times, BT say no problems.
Must say my download/upload speed never alters, always 34 down 6.5 up, weird.
If my speeds don't alter should I just ignore this.
If that happened to me before I had infinity my download speed would have gone down and down.
Waiting for a Home hub 5 now but won't hold my breath.

Any advise would be welcome.
Thanks:confused:

This might not help much but I replaced my home hub 4 with my old Billion 7800n router and my connection has been totally stable since, for the two weeks I had the home hub 4 it was dropping regularly and often wireless wouldn't transmit data even though there was a full strength signal and wired connection was working OK.

could it be the open reach modem that is causing problems?
Will look at the Billion 7800n router if I get the same problems with the Hub 5

If you still have problems with the HH5 (using the internal VDSL2 modem and bypassing the Openreach one) then I'd put money on the issue being the line rather than your kit. Buying another router would be a waste until you can get confirmation there's no line fault.

And as KIA says, what does the log say?

Now using the Home hub 5, connected 2Hrs ago will post logs later.
Like you say if no improvement will get a BT visit.
Router 12 inches from phone socket connected by Ethernet to PC, no phone extensions just my phone and internet to faceplate.
