BT Infinity 2 - misleading 'guarantee'

Not seen any sign of a fair usage policy in respect to the amount downloaded since they scrapped the 300GB limit and moved to globally (their network) managing performance instead of individuals.

Jolly good then - I don't get through 'much' (in the context of the folks on here!).

With regards my OP, the fault fixing and supposed upgrades installed by the BT Openreach engineer have resulted in a DROP from ~44Mbs to ~34Mbs!

Great work.

Traffic management on networks is cool and good, by the way. Throttling based on total transfer sizes and/or caps are not.

I wouldn't want realtime voice traffic being lumped in with people's downloads if there was ever congestion at a point in the network. People say "I want an ISP with no traffic management" but they don't mean that.
