This more of a technical question rather than based on FIFA so have kept it out of the other thread but has anyone had issues getting kicked out of the EA Servers on BT Infinity?

My brother in law, every time he goes into Ultimate Team or tries starting a game in Clubs he gets kicked out? Not off Live just the EA Servers. A second 360 was tested with FIFA 13 and same issue..

Are there some ports that need forwarding relating to this, is it BT Infinity? He never encountered this issue with TalkTalk on FIFA 12.

Can anyone shed some light? Is it the router you get with Infinity that's the cause?

Mine has been fine till now. I keep getting kicked off but i'm sure i read that they was doing some maintainence from 8-10pm?

Yeah this is definitely not a EA Server thing, I'm sure it's the router. Googled it and a few people have had issues on FIFA/BF3 etc but everyone blames EA (not surprisingly). Not sure where the problem lies.

I think it's the homehub..

There's a lot of people complaning on the BT site but they're shifting their blame onto EA.

I have a friend on virgin who is also having problems. Everything in UT is real slow and he can't get players from his watch list. Also he can't log into EAFC.

Homehub is buggy. Had to do a long winded fix to enable downloads over a certain size from PSN.

Slighty in the same gaff, Ea related..

Psn, NHL13.

4th time iv'e fired it up, once and only iv'e been able to connect to Ea's servers.

Presuming it's an ea issue, everything else is fine. On virgin, not sure if anybody else has issues with NHL and ea.
