BT Infinity Data Extension Kit

Anyone on here got BT Infinity installed and using the Data Extension Kit.
I have this, but when moving some cables around the cable came out the bottom, so I need to crimp the cables back in.

I know the wires needed are blue and blue white, but want to verify what numbers they go to.

There are only 3 connections.
One is labelled 4, the next has no label and the final one is 5.

If you could have a look and let me know it would be much appreciated.

the cable came out the bottom

The bottom of what? If you're talking about the master socket then your description of the connections doesn't match what I have in mine.

Came out of the socket at the end of the extension line.
Not master socket.

It should be using the centre pair which would mean pins 4 and 5.
