Yep, it's a classic BT move. I had my bill set to direct debit and they messed it about and me loads. I left them after lots of complaints and went with plusnet. Faultless

Ive paid my bill anyway, just phoned BT India and there is a major service outage affecting my area so that's that. Will just have to site tight
