Fancy trust'ing me those contact email addresses? I wouldn't mind if the speed had reduced to improve stability, but I had noise on the line when it was put in and again a week later, so I knew it was going to screw up my profile but didn't expect it to stay low after they'd "fixed" the noise twice.
I'm synced at 48000kbps yet I see my attainable as 65000kbps ffs![]()
Our systems indicate that work is ongoing with the deployment of your cabinet and, if all goes to plan, we are hopeful the cabinet will be ready for service early-mid August 2013, barring any complications.

That's about 800 metres from the cabinet, so with BT's estimates being fairly conservative, you might get 50-55Mb/s. Look here for a bit more info regarding VDSL2 performance over distance.

He informed me phone line would go down (and internet) which it did came back up about 15/20 minutes later with all his tools so forth. He was a little confused where things we're to go at first but once that was sorted he played about with line (machine thingy) done some tests. Showed me I was syncing at 51MB (had it on his paper I was quoted at 41.6 down and 6.5 up) yeah as I said his machine showed me I was syncing at 51 would likely settle down and possibly even increase to about 60 (he told me I would get higher) installed the different faceplate went through the process of ihooking up hub/infinity modem done 1 or 2 more tests er his machine made a call to I think turn the broadband on with his thing and that was that. Explained a few things me happy
(Didn't even want a tea or anything)
