BT Infinity help please

Hi all,

Im using BT Infinity at the moment but its seems to of slowly gotten slower over time it started out at 29mbps then worked its way down to 18mbps. I have contacted BT and they the outside connection to the hub is fine I must be loosing speed from the hub to the pc.

So im just wondering if anyone has any suggestions please im usign a wired connection from the hub to my pc not wireless.

can they tell you what speed your modem is syncing at? Is it just the one computer you have to test with?

Yes just the one asked what it was at from outside to hub and the guy said on yesterdays report it said 24000kbps if that makes sense.

What speed tests have you been using? Is it still slow if you use it outside of peak hours?

Ive tried speedtest and BT's own speedtester and I get about the same results 18mpbs but its a big drop from 29mbps I was getting when I first got infinity. Last time I tested it other than today was 2 weeks ago and I was getting 21mpbs so its is slowing down over time it seems.
