A few weeks ago, I made a forum post about constant drop outs on BT Infinity and so on.
I was 'advised' to give them a call, so I went ahead and did so and they advised me that on <date here> a technician would be around to help fix the problem/s.
He arrived at around 1'ish last Wednesday I believe it was? He said that anywhere from 2-4 hours prior to him arriving, an underground engineer had been below ground to fix the intermittent problem that had been causing my drop outs.
He did some tests on my line and then shown me that the line was "ok", he did a restart and then 30 minutes after he left, it was cutting out yet again.
Should I call them back, perhaps buy a new router? I don't know what my options are.
If anyone has any help regarding this matter, then please let me know.
