BT Infinity router details

Updated the firmware on my Asus rtn56u, and since the reboot can't detect the internet connection.

Have tried a few settings, first my username/pass that bt gave me, and then after some googling, a [email protected] with the password bt, which I believe it ignores. Anyway, no luck. Have rebooted it several times to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas?

your router is the Asus, where the default is admin/admin.

the defaults for BT Home Hub should be on the sticker on the back of the device.

I use [email protected] and password as the password

ASUS routers don't like empty passwords.
