Okay here is the story, back in July I get BT infinity installed. The engineer who installs it tells me the modem is synced at 40 Mbps. I check out the BT speedtester this gives me my IP profile which is 38 Mbps and I am getting about this as throughput, all good. over the next few months my infinity speed gradually drops to an IP profile of 21 Mbps. Then my connection totally dies. BT engineer comes out, identifies problem in the cabinet on the street and reconnects me. Sync speed back to 40 Mbps again woot.
Now again my speed is starting to fall just like it did before. Is anyone else seeing their infinity speed fall a lot post install? From what I read most people stay around the rate they get when the engineer does the initial install. If there is still an issue with my line I want it solved sooner rather than later.
