BT Install time

Moving into a new place at the end of the month - I was just wondering how long it takes BT to install the line\BT Infinity?

7-14 days usually.

+1 mine was installed 11 days after placing an order.

When I ordered it a couple of years back, my phone line was done within a week. I had about a week's lead time for Infinity too so if you're ordering the two together it should be a bit quicker I imagine.

If you can dual provision(assuming you need to.(Would only need to dual provision if the new place does not have an active BT line already)) then the total time is generally tops of 14days.

If you have to single provision then it is potentially 28days, as each stage "could" take up to 14days each.

If you already have a BT line active in the new place, then just 14days for an internet line to be provisioned, installed, and working
