Hi
I'm installing BT broadband Basic for someone and when the installation routine gets when it install Flash player 7 it hangs. It installs the drivers for the Voyager 105 OK
I get a message telling me that "C:/windows/system32/macromedia/fash/flash6.ocx" cannot be accessed.
I have tried to delete the macromedia folder but no joy
The XP installation is clean and the only software loaded is office, power DVD, nero and drivers for an Epson printer.
Any help would be appreciated
Brian

I would say there is something wrong with the disk if the Windows installation is new. Try cleaning the disk, if not, go to the Internet cafe or somewhere where you can access the internet for five minutes, plug in a USB stick and download the drivers from the BT website. From there try it again. If it still go dodgy from there then I would say something is conflicting. The only thing that can conflict are the three programs you installed, uninstall them, install the BT thing and then reinstall your programs :)
