A friend of mine installed this god-awful software a while back and is now trying to remove it in favour of something better.
Unfortunately it's prompting him for an email address and password which where obviously entered as part of the installation process but which he can no longer remember.
BT support have said there's nothing they can do which is patently garbage as there simply has to be a way of forcibly removing this software without the above credentials. Anyone got any ideas?
