bt internet stuck at 0.4meg

ive tried a new micro filter

im using a linksys wag200g

are there any settings on router page that could limit my speed ?

You haven't exactly given a lot of information - what's stuck at 0.4Mbps? Your sync rate, throughput, magic smoke particles per week?
Stats would be useful too - attenuation, SNR margin, sync rate. Instructions in sticky.

out of interest what is debug ive been told to turn it off by that site (kitz) in stickies im trying to get stats off...
