Bt Just capped me

Hello, I've been planning on moving ISP's as BT are total ****. Homehub resets it self around 2-3 times a day. Today, I've been playing Dirt 2 all day and noticed my internet went off for a good 20 mins or so. As we where going to make a call to BT, the internet came back on, and I noticed somthing stright away. Did a speedtest check and its been capped to 500kbs.

I am sorry but this is utter balls. We have got their BT vision that runs through the internet, and my lil bro loves the t.v so there is a big chunk. Then, me and farther play a lot of pc games and we have steam, so there is another problem. Tv and 3 pcs with internet. Its utter ****. If I ring BT and complain, you think they will do anything about it?

The BTVision traffic is ran thru QoS sessions and is excluded from the FUP
Best bet is to try and get a fault booked for throughput issues.
What does your router say your synching at ?
Might just be profile issue, then again if this hapened just after your connection dropped then it migh be linked to a proper fault if your only synching at 500k after teh drop.
